The idea for the new setup is on. The next concern was “How the identity be defined in front of everyone?” Having thought a lot and searched in all directions looking for a term that depicts a reflection of brilliant professionals, we came up with an idea of creating a word to which we ourselves could give a definition. It took us more than three months to work in accordance with this thought, that’s how XenelSoft came into existence. Nalini (Founder and Managing Director) has given the term “Xenelians” to define every individual in the organization.
