As part of its digital transformation plan, Maroc Traitement de Transactions (M2T) has chosen xHub to lead a digital transformation program for the POS Plateform of Tashilat and Chaabicash network, used by more than 5,000 M2T agencies and partners, and over 170 back office operators. The program was aimed at redesigning the POS system and its back office by developing a new, high-performance, secure, scalable solution that offers a better user experience, as well as creating a mobile application for franchisees and commercial delegates.

The app is positioned as a tool for tracking transactions, as well as for managing relationships with agencies. The program was also an opportunity to review M2T's central transactional system in terms of architecture and improve other aspects (monitoring, high availability, code review, etc.).

Named "Salaf Dépanini", this pioneering offer in the market allows customers to benefit from instant nano-loan ranging from 200 to 1000 Moroccan Dirhams, served exclusively through their Mobile Wallet Chaabi Pay, to deal with occasional cash shortages. This is the first product launched as part of the deployment of a complete range dedicated to financial inclusion offers. The project was carried out in close collaboration with the IT business teams of M2T and BCP.

This colossal project requires consideration of the technical and business specifics of the 17 banks, and involves designing a new system that incorporates the scope of existing functionalities, data migration from the old system, and evolving the new system in accordance with a digital roadmap.
