Initially, we connected and shared with Xizt the issues we were facing, and they provided me with a document detailing a better solution. After that, we had a great discussion about finalizing our cloud architecture. Since then, they’ve actually re-architected our cloud infrastructure. Before working with Xizt, our cloud architecture was very poor and incapable of accommodating our scalability. Xizt has provided us with very good help and created a better cloud architecture, so we’re now scaling up in a better way. They had ensured a very smooth delivery, and their communication has been very good along the way. I really appreciate that they work day and night to complete their work on time.

They heavily improved the design of Event Platform (a subsystem of the overall Composition Platform) and also built it as a part of a joined team. This included sub-systems responsible for network and service layer connectivity on AWS. Their engineers also designed and built testing processes for distributed Apps on the Spryker Composition Platform following the highest security standards.

At first, XiztDevOp did an audit on our existing website. We then planned and designed phases for the transition to the cloud. The main problem with our product was it took 6–12 months to introduce new features for the system. Since we had a Monolith web application, XiztDevOps had to divide our platform into microservices and containers. The second thing we struggled with was the multiple timeouts on our website. After the audit, they started phase one which involved creating tooling and continuous integration/ continuous delivery processes in the AWS cloud. They moved the current product and whole database to Amazon Relational Database Services (RDS). For phase two, the team developed a new version of the platform that would be based on a number of services with a joint API gateway. The last phase involved further optimization and load testing for the app on the production and the new environment. They also did AB testing for the new features.

XiztDevOps has provided us with software development support and data and architecture solutions. They’ve helped us move from our legacy platform to a new platform. Additionally, they’ve used Python and MySQL to build out a system for our new data platform. They help with data integration, storage, presentation, reporting, and processing. The team is responsible for structuring data from the source, transforming it, and storing it in a data warehouse. They also create dashboards and support us with advanced audits. They also handle end-to-end operations for our application development initiatives. The team has delivered a website, workflow engine, and custom software.

They developed multiple Java based micro services to support us to establish a high flexible and scalable customer experience (CXE) platform. This customer experience platform allows to scale our system landscape more efficient, enables a faster time 2 market for strategic projects and improve as well as fasten CI/CD pipeline. The developed micro services are also part of a wider omni-channel initiative to provide a unified, consistent and outstanding customer experience across all touchpoints.

XIZT helped us develop the software solution we needed from scratch, using Python for the core programming, as well as React.js and Node.js for the web integration. Initially, we provided them with documents containing our written requirements, especially around features that had to be implemented. Among these features, we wanted our clients to be able to log into the platform, upload images and videos, and reference their ideas. We also asked XIZT to add some features from other architectural software pieces to allow users to create sketches and designs, as well as to select predesigned templates.
