Yeatru Sourcing

Yeatru Sourcing is a Yiwu-based China sourcing agent for small-batch and first-time importers. We accept custom and private-label orders from 50 pieces per SKU, so new brands can validate a product before committing to volume.

Services include supplier verification and factory audits in Yiwu and across China; product sourcing with 3–5 competitive quotes within 48 hours; OEM and private-label production with spec sheets, logo and custom packaging; EU GPSR, CE, REACH, EN71 and UKCA label design and compliance review; AQL 2.5 Level II pre-shipment inspection with dated photos and a written report before the balance is released; and multi-supplier consolidation with DDP delivery.

Published fees are 5–8% of order value for regular sourcing and 8–12% for OEM/private-label work. Orders below USD 1,000 carry a 10% low-order surcharge plus a USD 50 handling fee. Inspection is USD 250–350 per day.

Recent verified work includes a 500-piece microfibre doormat run for a US seller's first Amazon Europe SKU (USD 4.00 EXW, inspected before balance release) and a seven-component private-label set for a Lithuania brand with a GPSR-compliant safety label designed in-house.
