Yellow Tech

Yellow Tech (yellowtech.it) is an AI company based in Milan. We build custom AI agents and train people on AI, for companies and public bodies in Italy. With AI Factory we build agents on the client's real process and connect them to the systems already in use: agents that read and register documents, answer customers on the phone, in chat and on WhatsApp, help sales teams with leads, and answer employees' questions on internal company knowledge. Each agent has a named engineer, the same person who built it, who looks after it in production.

With AI Academy we train people. We start with an assessment that measures the AI skills of every employee, then run training paths for staff, managers and leadership. We also help companies choose their AI tools and write the internal AI policy.
