YF Accounting Ltd is a Manchester-based, UK-wide accountancy practice built for small businesses that want a real accountant rather than a call centre. We look after year-end accounts, corporation tax, self assessment, VAT, payroll and bookkeeping for limited companies, sole traders, landlords, contractors and higher earners across the UK.

Everything runs on a fixed monthly fee agreed up front. There is no hourly billing, no surprise invoice at the end of the year, and no charge for picking up the phone. You deal with one qualified accountant throughout, with unlimited support included.

We are fully digital and certified on Xero and QuickBooks, so your numbers stay current instead of arriving a year late. That lets us be proactive: flagging tax-saving opportunities, warning you about liabilities well before they fall due, and explaining what the figures actually mean in plain English.

For established businesses that need more than compliance, our Fractional CFO service adds board-level financial support - forecasting, management reporting, cash flow planning and strategic advice - without the cost of a full-time hire.

The practice is led by Yoni Finke BA MSc FCCA, an ACCA-supervised accountant with a background in group structures and clients up to £100m turnover. Fees start from £35 per month for sole traders, £50 per month for limited companies, and £200 per month for growing businesses.
