Describe your project in brief
Car repair workshop management system for the independent workshops network (franchise) and free market. Being a car spare parts distributor, we need a management system to set up the management and customer service standards in our network and control them. From the other hand - we need a pricing and assortment information from the market - that were the aims of creating the product.
What is it about the company that you appreciate the most?
Smooth communication in the project, availability of the developers to discuss the matters, or get the consultation.
Agility in setting the cooperation formats - that was usefull
What was it about the company that you didn't like which they should do better?
May be project's documentation could be better, and the could really set up more exact requirements to the tasks desription - for better understanding
