ZirconTech was born in 2016 to provide a solution for businesses in need of quickly developing complex technological solutions in the blockchain Industry. What are your company’s business model–in house team or third party vendors/ outsourcing?
We have a team of experienced developers and work according to different engagement models in order to accommodate the needs of our clients:

Dedicated Team Model: For this model, the customer only has to pay a fixed monthly fee for each resource they use or hire.

Fixed Price Model: Under the Fixed Price Model, the project requirements, specifications, and schedules can be clearly defined before the start of the development, which lowers the risk for the client. The benefit of a fixed price model is that it requires minimal supervision from the client's side.

Time & Materials (Hourly Price Model): The expert will work under the guidance of the client and perform changes/fixes according to the project requirements. Under this model, the total cost is directly proportional to the time and resources involved in delivering the project.

We pride ourselves on excellent customer reviews and satisfaction. We follow a specific framework for each project starting with sketching, then design, development, and careful testing prior to launch. All with a great emphasis on constant improvement and communication.

Depending on the type of project and engagement model chosen, a dedicated account manager or customer success manager is appointed to ensure everything goes smoothly and according to plan.

We work with different payment structures and adapt to what is more convenient for our clients and their business needs.

Typically the minimum budget we work with starts at $25.000. However, we have identified and accepted projects of a smaller ticket value if there is a visible path to growth, success, and a long-term relationship.
