inDriver is an alternative taxi service, where the passenger sets the price of the trip and selects a car by himself.

Challenge: Acquire users to the application, observing the following condition: at least 90% of those who installed the inDriver app will register in the service and make an order.

Period: March – June 2018.

GEO: Moscow & Saint Petersburg.

Platforms: Android, iOS.

Sources: Facebook, Google AdWords, myTarget, Google DoubleClick.

Results: In March – June 2018, we acquired 122 484 users, and 91.3% of them made at least one order using the app.

App for travelling with drivers who have empty seats

Challenge: More active users (passengers and drivers).

Platform: Android.

Solution: Testing different sources: in-app ads (video and banners). As in-app video performed best it became the main campaign source. We used a number of creatives with the photos of drivers and passengers with actual prices.

Results: > 25k registered users within 6 months, 60% passengers and 40% drivers.

A global shopping platform for millions of users

Challenge: increase an amount of installs and broaden the number of paying users.

Solution: paid posts on vk.com, development of creative approaches for acquiring the target audience; source - myTarget.

Result: more than 300.000 installations on iOS & Android in 14 months.

Solution: Testing advertiser’s creatives with real products.
