Review Summary

AlienVault USM is a proper platform that meets most of the requirements of the IT organizations today. I would say that once you get to know the ins and outs of it, it's when the platform is the most flexible. Great reporting capabilities.

Review Summary

This product feels perfect for a small / medium company that needs an all-in-one tool. The support is good and their third party partner (MSSP) Castra are an amazing team to help you. The Alienvault support has been good so far (1yr+ now) and the product has given us great visibility. The integration is easy with the AlienApps and all. The only thing I don't like too much is if you have many AWS / Azure account, centralization is not super good with AV. I was able to centralize Cloudtrail logs recently but we're going to have to customize something quite complex to have Cloudwatch, Vulnerability management, etc... centralized etc..
