The most beneficial aspect about working with Ambassador is the responsiveness of the team. We have a dedicated Success and Onboarding Coach, who make working with two individuals feel like we’re working with a team of 1,000. Their thoroughness and support has made it possible for us to continue to innovate with our program. The process we used in the past to track our referrals was very error-prone. With Ambassador, more of mine and my team’s time is freed up to launch other initiatives and continue to iterate. We’re constantly experimenting to determine what will drive the best results.
