  • Very easy to use, flexible, functional and efficient tool. It has made bookings so much easier and has saved me a lot of time. They are always updating and coming up with innovative ways to constantly improve the user's experience.
  • The ability to generate appointment confirmation and reminder texts is essential. The interface is easy to read and so far works without any glitches. The developer is very quick to resolve any issue.

What users like the least

  • Sometimes a little buggy but overall, a good software.
  • No complaints here, I am sure there is more I have not seen yet.

I have tried lots of software and most have been unsuitable for my needs. and then I found this software, I have been using it for 6 months now and I am very happy. It is super easy to use. it doesn’t automatically send text without your approval first, which is great. if you place holidays and events on dates, they turn red and it gives reminders not to schedule anyone that day. This has helped me a lot. It has replaced my actual appointment book. It's simple but it does so much. It set up reminders for me and my customers, and they love it.

As a small business owner, I love this solution, I have gone digital with all my bookings, and I utilize all the boost functions. I am not an IT person yet with this software I have had such great back-office support. I can’t express how happy I am with the software and customer service as their online customer support team is excellent. I’ve sent an inquiry and I’ve received a prompt response.
