Arena is being used by Marketing, Sales, Support, S/W, Engineering, Manufacturing. We integrated all releases and documentation, across all departments. We can access the information remotely also with our EMS (Outsourcing Manufacturing). he implementation process was very easy and straight forward. The implementation specialist Mike Sullivan made the process so easy, he could answer our question on the spot, 80% of the job was changing the bad habits within our company.

I use the Item, Request, Change, Supplier, Projects, Quality and Training modules for AEye Inc. This tool is optimal to share with suppliers, CM's and integral to our ISO audit process.
