We Doratoon use Asset Panda. It is our preferred IT asset management software to streamline the management of our IT asset lifecycle. We have used the tool weekly for the past two years. It's so user-friendly and helps us keep track of all our assets

We PCB Leiterplatte use Asset Panda. The Export Panda document management system is simple to operate. They create barcodes for each asset and keep track of their check-outs and check-ins, much like other AMS. A digital signature on acceptance to enhance team accountability was also added to the program. Furthermore, Asset Panda can assist you in tracking software licenses and sources of supply. I find this useful for contract renewals since our staff handles a lot of assets and tools. We may also include all of this data in our reports without using unorganized spreadsheets. We've been using Asset Panda Management Software for about two years now, and we love it! We use it every day and would highly recommend it to anyone."

Asset Panda helps us managing the IT assets of our company

We One Digital Land have been using Asset Panda as our IT management software for the last three years. We use this software every week as we evaluate the IT assets weekly. The main advantage of using Asset Panda for managing the IT assets of our company is its scalability. With this software, we can manage both types of IT assets, physical and digital. Additionally, we can create our workflows by streamlining the process in this centralized asset management system. Similarly, we are delighted to use this software for tracking disaster recovery tasks with a customized reporting system. However, we find it challenging to connect with the help desk module at times, thus making it a disadvantage of the Asset Panda software.

We Force by Mojio uses Asset Panda as our Asset Tracking Software. The best part of Asset Panda is that it is relatively affordable at only $1,400 per year, easy to navigate, mobile-friendly, and highly versatile. My favorite thing about Asset Panda is that it also allows unlimited users and locations, making it highly scalable. I think my main critique of it would be that using it to track and manage software licenses can be a little laborious. It is also limited in terms of access to live data

We Timeshatter use Asset Panda, which has a mobile app and all the features we need. It also allows our data files to have videos and images, and everything is very customizable. It took a long time to learn how to use it, and we still struggle with navigating it sometimes.

It is an amazing customizable platform for tracking and has enabled us to do the impossible

We Home Garden HQ use Asset Panda which is a customizable platform for tracking every piece of equipment we have. Having an incredibly diverse inventory, Asset Panda has enabled us to do the impossible. We used to keep track of our gardening equipment by just writing everything down on a piece of paper. And staying on top of what needed to be done was very overwhelming. From the parts that needed replacing to units that needed maintenance, gaining total control was almost impossible. Thanks to Asset Panda we’re able to get past it. The only drawback I found with Asset Panda is its loading time. There were times that I had to wait a couple of seconds for the assets to pop up. Also, the configuration pages sometimes load a bit slower than normal. Overall, I would highly recommend Asset Panda to anyone.

It also has one outstanding feature to measure the appreciation & depreciation of various holdings concerning the present time. It uses GPS tracking of assets which audits the GPS location of the help & saves them to the system. This enables us to monitor the location of our assets. Further, it provides built-in automated reports of the investments with detailed information on assets location, maintenance history, usage metrics, etc. It also makes the auditing much more efficient & effective. It scans the barcodes & reads its profile information like assets type, warranty, repair history, etc.
