Overpriced, clunky and full of bugs leaving you spending more time administering than benefit you receive
Auvik is a system that on the surface appears good, but in execution is a system that struggles to really offer any meaningful benefit. It's simply a pretty chart to look at which is hardly compatible with anything on a useful level. Topology diagrams simply do not work, giving unrelatable diagrams. Searching for devices is an absolute nightmare and it's just so unresponsible. Many features just don't work. The stupid thing can't even track devices by MAC address, it uses DHCP!! What idiot ever thought that was a good idea? They literally want you to give EVERYTHING a static IP address to even track device data properly. Amateur hour much? What, you guys just finish a CompTIA A+ and now think you are network engineers? Idiots. Overall, it's poor. £16 per device per month is an absolute rip off and someone at Auvik is smoking a lot of funny things. Stay away, save your money and use another product.

What do you like the most about Auvik?
Support is good enough for the useless product that it is.
It looks pretty and they talk a good sales pitch put its a useless piece of junk
What do you like the least about Auvik?
Where to begin? It's a rip off. Far too expensive for what it is.
Dead roadmap - they are not interested in working with old brands which support SNMP - they only focus on the main vendors.
Terrible UI which makes finding information a chore. Really unintuitive.
