My company is using bill.com and because it's cloud-based, so you get visibility anywhere you are. Vendors can automatically get updates, so no need for coordination. Innovative features like automatic data entry and duplicate invoice detection help save time and reduce human error. If your accounts payable is a mess, this app can organize it and give you detailed analysis on whatever you need. It also has a dashboard where you can see everything all at a glance. One drawback of this product is difficulty linking to our existing system. Still, their support team was ready to fix all the issues immediately
