Booking Automation was launched in 2011 as an in-house software to help us manage our fleet of short term rental homes. As the list of properties we operated grew exponentially, it became apparent that we needed to build a robust system that would automate our operations end-to-end. As short term rental operators first, we experienced every pain of running our business manually, which inspired Booking Automation.
