The idea for Brasstacks began during the pandemic-- when any of the typical training methods were physically impossible.

Our founder, Tee, found a way to connect with her team despite the restrictions brought about by COVID19-- by sending training lessons through text messages. As it turns out, micro learning is a much more effective at knowledge retention and has a higher completion rate.

With these insights in mind, Tee set about to create the Brasstacks team and customer training LMS.
