We EasyPeopleSearch use Breezy. It provides job syndication, allowing employers to disseminate job postings on premium job sites, reaching millions of people. Employers will be able to hire a more diverse workforce when jobs are distributed to just the finest diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) locations. Users may easily access excellent talent by creating employee referral programs and using the resume search. Employers can track applications thanks to the site's configurable candidate management capabilities. Detailed applicant profiles make it simple to locate, evaluate, contact, and interview individuals. The site employs automated workflows that enable users to easily send messages, assessments, quizzes, and other content.

Cons :

It is totally impossible to manage the recruitment process without Breezy!

We at VinPit Manage all the recruiting and hiring processes in one place and Brezzy has helped me and the team to effectively manage it. Recruiting process is not suitable to be done manually anymore, and we really dependent on Brezzy to help with the automation of the candidate application process. From there it's easy to see the openings, requirements, etc. And also super easy for the candidates to get in touch with us and apply!

Pros :
  • Easy to use with drag and drop feature
  • Easy promoting and advertising for a job opening
  • The simplified offer management process through built-in offer templates
  • New hires are directly added to HRIS
  • Automation of GDPR compliance process.
Cons :
  • No option to archive candidate data in the software for future reference
  • Cannot group positions posted for different locations software shows them as two various openings
  • Sometimes there are bugs as it takes a long time to save and update.

We Uplead use Breezy HR. It is a full-service recruiting platform. The program is meant to assist you in attracting and hiring top-tier personnel as quickly as feasible. The moniker Breezy HR might be misleading. Because it's not an all-in-one HR solution, you won't be able to handle your applications once they've been hired. For one active employment, Breezy HR offers a free plan. You'll be able to do so if you don't hire frequently or wish to test the program before committing.
