Captain Crews

Captain Crews is aimed at boat management companies, marine service workshops and charter or rental fleets. Every boat gets a record holding its engines, engine hours and service alerts, the expiry dates of its documents, its safety equipment register, photos, supplier invoices and fuel purchases. One Deadlines screen covers the whole fleet. The fleet calendar warns of overlapping bookings before anything is confirmed. Workshop jobs use checklists and time-stamped photos, and print as PDF job sheets with signature boxes.

Employees clock in on their phone, while staff paid by the job keep a monthly statement instead; the app works out overtime, tracks leave and prepares pay summaries for the accountant. Owners only ever see their own boats. AI reads supplier invoices and suggests where documents should go, and a person confirms every time.
