CaptionX turns speech into captions and subtitles. Video editors can generate animated captions inside Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects and DaVinci Resolve, and anyone can caption a video in the browser with CaptionX Studio and download the captioned MP4.

Speech recognition covers 100 languages, and subtitles can be translated into 89 languages.

The site also has free online tools: an SRT editor, subtitle format converters, a subtitle translator, an audio-to-text transcriber and a silence remover. Other AI tools include eye contact correction for recorded video and a silence remover for Premiere Pro.

CaptionX is free to try with no credit card, and paid plans start at $13.95 USD a month.
