I had a pleasant experience with this app. They provided detailed demo session and addresses all my queries regarding the app. The plans are flexible and customized as per company's budget. I can track all the records of orders, returns , collections etc of all the salesman easily. The filters added in every page helps to search collective data easily. The best feature about Delta Sales App is the geo fencing which helps to track the GPS and add accurate data accordingly. My sales have improved with the better co-ordination with my customers and salesman. The support team is quick and responsive. Fully satisfied with my purchase.

I have quite good experience with the Delta Sales App because before using it I used to maintain the pen, paper to keep a record, order, collection and there were difficulties in finding my sales teams in the right place and our work was not in an efficient way. But after using this my all problem is eliminated, now I can track my salespeople, I don't use a pen, paper for keeping a record, all can be done by this app. I can see my salespeople at work or not by checking their attendance, leave. I can monitor my sales team's performance. I can see the order taken by them, payment collection, expense, etc. So, it helps to automate our daily activities and now by this app, we are working effectively and efficiently. So, for me, this is the best, most useful sales automation, salesforce app. Highly recommend it to others.

I (Ekta Golchha) am the CEO of Delta Tech Pvt Ltd. We introduced Delta Sales App, which is a Field Sales Force Automation App in 2018. It’s made for distributors, manufacturers, wholesalers, and companies who have field reps. Using this solution, companies can track field employees & their activities, boost their efficiency, automate the sales ordering process, make customer information accessible to field reps, increase customer engagements, reduce administrative and manual tasks, and accelerate sales.
What was the objective behind coming up with this software?
We were earlier into IT services only. This gave an opportunity to discuss with clients the problems they were facing in their businesses. Having discussed with many local businesses, tracking and managing field sales was one common problem many of them were facing. Developing a custom solution for each business would not have been cost-effective, which made us work on this SaaS solution.
How is your software beneficial from a value addition perspective to the clients compared to other software alternatives available in the market?
Well, there are various other similar software available in the market. However, our users find our app to be very user-friendly, and our support team to be very active. In addition, our app is highly customizable to fit into any kind of business with field employees. This has helped us gain an edge while dealing with prospective customers.
