Please introduce your product and give a brief about your role within the organization.

I (Ekta Golchha) am the CEO of Delta Tech Pvt Ltd. We introduced Delta Sales App, which is a Field Sales Force Automation App in 2018. It’s made for distributors, manufacturers, wholesalers, and companies who have field reps. Using this solution, companies can track field employees & their activities, boost their efficiency, automate the sales ordering process, make customer information accessible to field reps, increase customer engagements, reduce administrative and manual tasks, and accelerate sales.

What was the objective behind coming up with this software?

We were earlier into IT services only. This gave an opportunity to discuss with clients the problems they were facing in their businesses. Having discussed with many local businesses, tracking and managing field sales was one common problem many of them were facing. Developing a custom solution for each business would not have been cost-effective, which made us work on this SaaS solution.

How is your software beneficial from a value addition perspective to the clients compared to other software alternatives available in the market?

Well, there are various other similar software available in the market. However, our users find our app to be very user-friendly, and our support team to be very active. In addition, our app is highly customizable to fit into any kind of business with field employees. This has helped us gain an edge while dealing with prospective customers.

What industries do you generally cater to? Which industries in general are highly benefiting by using your software?

The app mainly caters to the FMCG sector and companies with outside sales teams. Industries benefiting from our solution include pharma, food & beverage, paints, chemicals, lubricants, paper & stationery, automotive, distribution, telecommunication, plastic and solar.

What are the key features of your software that makes it stand apart from your competitor products in the market?

Some of the key features of our app are Customer Management, Order taking, Payment Collection, Activities & Reminders, Customer Visit tracking, attendance, and GPS tracking.

What is the customer satisfaction rate according to you? What steps do you take to cater to your customer’s needs and requirements?

  • Most of our customers are satisfied with our solution. We have been appreciated by most of our users. The app is a part of their daily lives.
  • We are always open to suggestions from our clients, who have also played a crucial role in enhancing our software.

Are your customers repetitive? If yes, what is the percentage of repeat customers that you have?

Yes, as it's a SaaS application, our users pay us a monthly fee for our services. Usually, 75-80% of customers become our regular customers after 3 months of using the software.

We offer written articles and video tutorials via our knowledge base.
