We used EventLeaf for attendee check-in/check-out during a one-day, two-session conference with 30 attendees. Three board members acted as check-in staff.

EventLeaf is an excellent product and serves our program needs very well. When Attendify was purchased, the new company seemed to be geared more toward hybrid or online registrations versus in-person events. After a lot of research and many demos, someone suggested this product to us, and it has been everything we needed. The system is user friendly and very efficient. Additionally, we use the Guide App and the Check-In App and have been very pleased with them. Customer Service is over the top fabulous! If you run into any issues, simply email the Help Desk or a specific contact you may have, and the responsiveness and timeliness of the support is second to none. We are extremely happy with the service and the partnership we have gained by using this system and will continue well into the future.

We are a small non-profit organization that conducts up to three events on an annual basis with between 100 and 400 attendees. Eventleaf allows me to easily create registration types and options that reflect the requirements of my events - sponsorships, exhibitors, attendees. The system guides you through the different steps that allow users to create an event registration website and registration screens specifically for my events. We also use the Eventleaf system to process credit card payments providing a one-stop system for our event participants.

Overall, Eventleaf was helpful for our event management! The customizable option for event pages was extremely helpful for keeping guests informed on the agenda, speakers, and other important information. Also, having the ability to import a registration list of known attendees was a huge benefit, although the location for the option to import that information and approve those guests could be made easier to find. We enjoyed the multiple check-in options. However, sometimes the iPad couldn’t keep up with the steady stream of guests attempting to check-in. This required us to reload the app often for arriving guests. We have yet to use the payment options, but while configuring our events it was apparent that there were plenty of options for customizing payments and refunds upon registration. With a few minor adjustments, this app could become even more user friendly and efficient!

We have had great success using Eventleaf for our company’s registration needs. Eventleaf can do almost anything you need. Lodging, email communications, and document upload, in addition to customizable registration questions and the ability to add your own branding. The is a budget friendly platform that is really easy to use and get started with.

I have used MANY event management softwares throughout the years, but Eventleaf has been the easiest with the most bang for my buck so far!

In addition to an event management and session scheduling solution, we needed a badge scanning and lead tracking module for our exhibitors to validate their costs for attending the conference. Most solutions either didn't include this feature or required integration of a third party tool with added cost. Eventleaf includes everything needed for a small to mid-sized conference.
