Our overall experience with Eventleaf has been excellent. As first-time event organizers, we were looking for a platform that was simple, reliable, and professional, and Eventleaf has delivered on all counts. Setting up the event page, sending invitations, and tracking registrations were all intuitive and required minimal training. The ability to make real-time updates and automatically notify attendees gives us peace of mind as we approach our first event. Even before the event takes place, the platform has saved us significant time and effort, allowing us to focus on content and engagement rather than administrative tasks.

We have been using Eventleaf for registrations for a course for several years now. This was new to us, but the customer service was excellent to help us get up and running. Now it's easy, and still with good support any time there has been a question.

Once we passed the learning curve this platform has been both effective for our organization a nd easy for the end users. We provide a safe space for our participants to meet monthly. The registration process through Eventleaf allows us to screen who is registering for the event and keep the meeting details limited to those who truly should be participating. Once the monthly meeting is set then others can monitor registrants and either accept them or contact them directly.

This is my first time using Eventleaf. From the first moment, it was very easy to set up and use. It is robust and has a lot of tools, even in the free (Starter) plan, and I was able to manage everything without any issues. I have been so pleased, and I'm glad I checked it out!

I’ve enjoyed using Eventleaf; it is a simple-to-use software that also provides a professional feel for the event. When hosting an event with Eventleaf, everything is conveniently housed under one umbrella: the event webpage, attendee registration, the app, sponsorship promotion, and attendee check-in. This integration eliminates the need to search for third-party software.

Our events were scattered with multiple persons owning different aspects on spreadsheet. It was chaotic. Eventleaf helped us to organize and streamline our events. It was exactly what we needed.

Overall, my experience was good. Customer service was fast—I would ask a question one day and never have to wait more than 48 hours for a response. Several times, they offered calls or to schedule a call when I was ready to walk through the process. I think some users who aren’t very tech-savvy might need a bit more assistance to use the platform to its full functionality. That said, if you tell them what you need, they will gladly show you how to use the application.

Eventleaf is easy to use, and it has excellent UX. It has allowed us to setup events quickly and without a hassle. It has all of the conference features that we need.
