Smooth, Reliable, and Packed with Features

Our overall experience with Eventleaf has been excellent. As first-time event organizers, we were looking for a platform that was simple, reliable, and professional, and Eventleaf has delivered on all counts. What I like most about Eventleaf is how easy it makes event management for first-time organizers. What I liked least about Eventleaf is that some of the more advanced customization options, such as detailed branding or email template editing, have a bit of a learning curve. Eventleaf has been a blessing for our organization

Once we passed the learning curve this platform has been both effective for our organization a nd easy for the end users. We provide a safe space for our participants to meet monthly. The registration process through Eventleaf allows us to screen who is registering for the event and keep the meeting details limited to those who truly should be participating. Once the monthly meeting is set then others can monitor registrants and either accept them or contact them directly.

Good overall

Overall, my experience was good. Customer service was fast—I would ask a question one day and never have to wait more than 48 hours for a response. Several times, they offered calls or to schedule a call when I was ready to walk through the process. I think some users who aren’t very tech-savvy might need a bit more assistance to use the platform to its full functionality. That said, if you tell them what you need, they will gladly show you how to use the application.

The best part of using EventLeaf was that it helped us make our conference more robust and organized. I love that I can have different people register in different ways. For example, you can manage vendors and have them pay through the platform, while also offering complimentary access to speakers and volunteers

The mobile version was mostly fine, but some of the wording appeared spaced out. I think it would be helpful if they showed where to share the link on the first page once you go live—that would make it much easier to find. It took me a while to locate the link. I also think it would be useful to highlight how to manage frequently asked questions and how to upload content, as we had to walk through these parts

Excellent Product

EventLeaf is an excellent product and serves our program needs very well. When Attendify was purchased, the new company seemed to be geared more toward hybrid or online registrations versus in-person events. After a lot of research and many demos, someone suggested this product to us, and it has been everything we needed. The system is user friendly and very efficient. Additionally, we use the Guide App and the Check-In App and have been very pleased with them. Customer Service is over the top fabulous! If you run into any issues, simply email the Help Desk or a specific contact you may have, and the responsiveness and timeliness of the support is second to none. We are extremely happy with the service and the partnership we have gained by using this system and will continue well into the future.

A cost-efficient and simple registration database for small non-profit organizations

We are a small non-profit organization that conducts up to three events on an annual basis with between 100 and 400 attendees. Eventleaf allows me to easily create registration types and options that reflect the requirements of my events - sponsorships, exhibitors, attendees. The system guides you through the different steps that allow users to create an event registration website and registration screens specifically for my events. We also use the Eventleaf system to process credit card payments providing a one-stop system for our event participants.

1. There is no user manual or on-line help for the registration system. If you have issues or questions, you have to call the company. 2. Some of the fields on the registration screens are too space limited. 3. The financial management screens are not as intuitive to use as designing the registration screens, especially if you need to change registration options or process partial refunds.

Whenever I had a question, concern, bug, or even just suggestion to make the platform better, they always got back to me same day, and often were able to resolve my problem within one phone call. Their customer service was amazing and ultimately the reason we decided to do our event again with them this year.

What do you like the least about Eventleaf?

I believe we didn’t take advantage of the games and prizes capabilities, the available integrations, or the social media/promotion aspects (that was done via our own platforms). I believe there were occasionally bugs, or use cases for things that would've been more efficient but that the platform either didn't support, or it didn't go along with the subscription we had. However, the support team was usually able to provide a workaround other other suggestions.
