What users like the most

Highly responsive
Eventleaf allows our clients to register in one location. It saves all of the information and enables us to collect all of the data we need in order to ensure a successful event.
The customizable option for event pages was extremely helpful for keeping guests informed on the agenda, speakers, and other important information. Also, having the ability to import a registration list of known attendees was a huge benefi. We enjoyed the multiple check-in options. We have yet to use the payment options, but while configuring our events it was apparent that there were plenty of options for customizing payments and refunds upon registration.

What users like the least

Initially it took a while to learn to setup an event
We have encountered some small glitches occasionally, but the tech support team makes sure to handle our concerns quickly and efficiently. The Eventleaf mobile app is not as user friendly as we would like.
The location for the option to import registration information and approve those guests could be made easier to find. Sometimes the iPad couldn’t keep up with the steady stream of guests attempting to check-in. This required us to reload the app often for arriving guests.

I love all the features in one place. This literally takes my event to the next level. Registrations are higher because of the polished site page and smartphone optimized registration (plus the engagement stats are right there) QR check in with the app in Kiosk mode, plus automatically printing name tags is amazing. Can't wait to try the other apps for my presenters in the future. Eventleaf makes me look like a marketing pro!
