Great product
As a small business reaching out to companies to offer a custom solution can some time be daunting and overwhelming with all the various processes and information required for initial setup etc..,
But we had extremely positive experience from initial consolation to system implantation.
The FIELDBOSS team took the time and patience required for our business needs as it is a specialty compared to the standard ones they typically work with. They took the time Understanding our processes. When ever a problem came up due to our unique way we report service visits they had a can-do attitude to make it work and fit the FIELDBOSS platform.

The ability to see real-time data. Having all our customer database, building locations, equipment etc.. in once central place. Knowing no matter how large we grow as a business the software will always be there to support our needs.

No dislikes as of yet. There is a slight learning cure but that's with any software.
