GeoTapp TimeTracker is a mobile-first time tracking and attendance solution built for companies with field workers: cleaning services, construction, security, HVAC, facility management.
Workers clock in and out from their iOS or Android device. The app verifies their location via GPS geofencing (configurable per job site) and confirms identity via biometric authentication (FaceID, TouchID, fingerprint). Every timesheet entry is digitally signed using ECDSA cryptography, producing tamper-proof records that hold up in payroll audits and labor inspections.
Managers see the entire team on a live map, get exception alerts (late, missed clock-out, outside geofence), and export GDPR-compliant attendance reports for payroll. Available in 11 languages: Italian, English, German, French, Spanish, Portuguese, Dutch, Danish, Swedish, Norwegian, Russian.
