Review Summary

I registered and started designing - then, after taking longer than 30 days they extended another 30 days. Well, I ended up needing more time but when I logged in to ask for more time everything was GONE. They completely deleted all of my work. Imagine that - no warning, no notification, nothing. It gets worse. I looked into this by sending 8 emails a week apart and every email was IGNORED. So I got a friend to register and ask questions and they responded right away. So their approach is to just ignore clients who they don't think will be paying ones? On my last email to them I had asked to pay for a monthly minimal fee so that I could continue designing but I am guessing they had already deleted all of my work and figured ignoring me was their best professional approach. No other way to say this: don't fu*&$g trust them - it's super fu$%ed up to treat a client, paying or not, like this!!! Feel free to reach out if you have more questions. [email protected]
