Our company Tech President uses Google Vault. Since we are regular users of Google Workspace, Google Vault is very useful for us. It is already integrated into the Workspace, so there's no need to move back and forth from different software. Compared to other software, it is also not very costly for team use. The software provides strong security features like robust encryption and 2-step verification. However, the only issue we encountered was that it did not integrate easily with other software, like the software we are using for communication. We also had to purchase a higher version to increase storage as the basic plan was quite limited.
