What Users Like The Most

  • I truly appreciate the personalized onboarding experience and the deep product knowledge of the specialist, which made the entire setup process smooth and highly effective.
  • I really like how easy and intuitive the platform is to use, despite its complexity. Melania helped me with all my questions and she was also quickly available for questions in addition to the onboarding video calls. Hostaway is the right platform for people who want to rent out several holiday flats and just want to do it a little more professionally. After creating the advert, you can let everything run more or less fully automatically - but it doesn't have to. The programme and the team behind it are great and I would recommend it to anyone. So far, I haven't found a single point that I don't find good.

  • Honestly, I haven’t found any cons yet — the product and service have exceeded my expectations so far.
  • There is no German support yet - but this is not really a con, because the English of all employees is more than understandable. A big compliment to Melania from the onboarding team and Léah from the sales team. Both made the introduction to the programme much easier for us.
  • I can not say I like anything least because I love everything about hostaway!

Seamless channel manager with great customer service

I like Hostaway so far, very much. When you initially sign up for service, just make sure you understand that you are signing a contract and you may or may not get $ back if you don't like the dynamic pricing. But you can pay the $10 per month per listing and decide whether you like it and override, if you don't

What do you like the most about Hostaway?

Excellent customer service. I am new to Hostaway and am learning the system. Hostaway is dedicated to making sure I, the customer, are happy. The system works well. There have been no glitches in the past few months.

What do you like the least about Hostaway?

I signed up for remote locks on one property but then the 'Yale Nest' lock was not on their list of approved devices for automated codes sent to the guest. Also, I didn't like the dynamic pricing. I may need to review that again, but I was charged for it when I didn't use it on five properties. After several calls, someone finally got back to me and said they would refund me. I don't think it has happened yet. I need to check.

The tool offers simplicity and great support

Overall experience has been great so far! I would definitely recommend Hostaway to others. Ernesto made the onboarding process simple for me, which was my biggest reservation of switching PMS tools with having more than 30 active properties. There were no hiccups in the process and he was able to answer all of my questions and concerns quickly. The support team is also amazing and responds within minutes around the clock.

What do you like the most about Hostaway?

The pros for me are the support team and response times to questions and issues and the simplicity of the tool and how easy it is to find things. I have used other software that was so complex that I would get lost easily but that isn't the case with Hostaway.

What do you like the least about Hostaway?

The only negative I can think of at the moment is that the dynamic pricing tool doesn't have as many features as third party solutions at this time. But it is new to Hostaway so I'm hopeful it will be improving soon.

I have had a wonderful experience with Hostaway. They have all been very patient with me especially my onboarding specialist [sensitive content hidden] ! She has been great. She communicates well and explains every step in great detail. If I ever am confused about anything she always takes the time to properly explain until I am no longer confused. I always look forward to our google meet. [sensitive content hidden] has been very accomodating when I had to reschedule. I can not say enough good things about this lady !

Hostaway knows what they are doing and they do it brilliantly

Hostaway is exactly the right programme for anyone who wants to rent out several holiday flats and wants to keep an eye on everything despite automation. The platform is very intuitive to use and has everything you need and much more. After two months of using another programme that was less advanced and promised us the blue sky, Hostaway delivers what it promises - in every respect.
