Hadar Paz and Greg Platt founded Powerfront in 2001 as an eCommerce and content management system platform. Frustrated by the lack of ability to reach out to the customers visiting clients’ websites, Hadar envisioned a tool that would allow his clients and their employees to be able to visually see their online customers and reach out to them to offer assistance in order to make their online shopping journey smooth and similar to an in-store experience. Thus, in 2014, INSIDE was conceptualized and has continued developing and becoming more sophisticated and intelligent with each release.
