With the help of it’s built-in survey templates, I have had no problems in implementing it in my firm. Secondly, I would say that it is quite suitable for a medium-sized enterprise and when dealing with a bulk of customers for collecting feedback, Qualaroo makes the overall collection and analysis process very simple. Though one thing that troubles me is the price of the software. Even though I own a medium-sized enterprise, I think paying almost $2,000/year for a feature packed plan is quite expensive.
