Customer Success and Gainsight
Review Summary
Overall Gainsight has been a great tool to enhance our Customer Success approach with customers. That being said they are slow to respond to feature requests or implement features from one area of the product to other areas of there product.

Versatile tool with a good customer support
Review Summary
We use it to manage our customers life cycle and perform data driven actions.
It allows setting up complex workflows that are triggered by external events and powered by data from our internal systems.
