Sprout Social has been a great tool for us to manage all of our social media accounts in one place

We Neutypechic use Sprout Social as our social media marketing software. We've been using it since we launched, and it's been a great tool for us to manage all of our social media accounts in one place. We use this software daily as per our requirements. The pros are that it's easy to use and intuitive, so even people who don't have much experience with social media marketing can use it effectively. It also integrates with other services we use, like Google Analytics and MailChimp, which makes the whole process easier and more effective. The cons are that it can be slow sometimes—the interface isn't always responsive—and we find that some of the features don't work as well as we'd like them to (like scheduled posts).

Sprout Social is one of the most powerful social automation tools

We fatty15 use Sprout social. Automating our social media posts is one of the best decisions I’ve ever made for my business. It offers a robust set of features that helps us easily manage our social media presence. Sprout is part of our daily operations at our company, but we don't have to spend a ton of time there. We just set it and forget it so we can focus on other pressing tasks. Scheduling messages in advance on multiple platforms through a single dashboard saves a ton of time. Sprout also offers analytics and engagement capabilities, so you can develop an informed social media strategy. Because an active social media presence is no longer optional for brands, automating the tasks surrounding it is a smart, time-saving move for any business.

Integrated messaging across all platforms

I’m the Chief Marketing Officer of our company(Seriously Smoked), and I’m in charge of handling all marketing operations, including social media. The best social media management software we tried is Sprout Social.

Here are the pro and cons of using Sprout Social:

Pros

Simple dashboard. Unlike other social media management software we’ve tried, Sprout Social has a straightforward dashboard that displays everything marketers needs within a single click.

Scheduled content publishing feature. The scheduled content feature is heaven-sent for busy marketers who do not have to set their alarms to publish content on a specific time of the day on certain days. With this feature, marketers have more time to dedicate to other tasks and are free from worrying about missing a post.

Integrated messaging across all platforms. One unique feature of Sprout Social is that it allows the seamless and secure tracking of messages across all social media channels of your business, regardless if it’s on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, or other integrated websites.

Comprehensive and eye-pleasing analytics report. Sprout Social has an in-depth categorization of people engaged with your content. As such, you can use the same data when you launch your promotional campaigns on social media platforms.

Cons

More expensive than competitors. Sprout Social is more costly than its competitors because of its better features and integration capabilities. However, I wish the company would have to lower costs in the future as a way of thanking loyal patrons.

All-in-one social media management solution

At Heatxperts, we have spent decades manufacturing high-quality surface heating products and delivering a first-class service to our clients. Our expertise is Drum Heaters, IBC Container Heaters, and Industrial Heating Blankets for curing processes.

My choice for social media management is: Sprout Social

Sprout Social is an all-in-one social media management solution that empowers digital marketers to do more with their strategies. The software offers marketing, customer care, analytics, and data intelligence solutions for leading brands and agencies. It is an intuitive software designed with a friendly user interface simplifying social publishing and customer engagement.

PROS

The software helps in better connecting with the audience, streamlines publishing workflows, collaboration in real-time, and turns social data into meaningful insights at scale. The best thing is I can schedule the content for the upcoming posts. The software enables me to monitor posts on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn. The visual reports are excellent and offer good graphics and optimal data tables.

CONS

The software is a bit expensive for a company with many workers since it offers costly programs per user. If I want to have more functions, obviously the cost increases. Further, the software should have consistent interaction metrics for all social platforms to be ideal and covers all in a single report. I wish I don’t have to verify every time I work for Instagram through the software. The notes feature should be readable/deletable/editable and tied to an individual account and should not create a mess on the calendar when multiple users are using the notes.

Sprout social is like a souped-up version of Hootsuite.

As a CEO of CarPassionate, here is my experience of using Sprout Social:
Pro’s

·        It offers advice on who to follow, based on your tweets and niche, much more than say the regular twitter or FB suggestions. It also offers advice on unfollow, it has good form in identifying bot accounts.

·        You can tag account users in certain tasks and assign jobs to ensure everyone is on the same page and aware of their roles

·        It looks better than other software but it also matches the substance. It’s fancy and functional

Con’s

·        The analysis function lacks the depth and precise data that other software has.

·        It doesn’t offer as many 3rd party integrations.

Overall

It is a great and simple enough system to use. With some more development along the lines, hopefully, it can address some of the weaker areas to come more in line with other software.

On sprout social, it is very easy to draft, store, and queue all your social posts.

Sprout Social is one of the most popular social media marketing tools that I have used for more than 2 years for my website Exblogging.com. It is very easy to organize data on this platform. You don't have to separately log in to each of the Instagram, facebook, twitter accounts to reply to your followers. Everything goes on one single website. Sprout social has a feature that helps you monitor hashtags and keywords. You can examine the share of the amount of those particular keywords your business has. Members of your company can create notes about various clients and their social media profiles based on your history and get in touch with them.

What I like in Sprout Social:

  • It is Time-consuming
  • Fully-organized dashboard
  • The Feeds segment helps recognize keyword-oriented content
  • Discover the list of your followers, people with whom you have interacted, and those who have mentioned you in a tweet.
  • Visual Analytics helps you know your audience much better.
  • 30 days of a free trial

What I don't like:

  • Sprout Social limits user access to four social channels: Twitter, Facebook,  Google+ page, LinkedIn
  • Lack of LinkedIn integration
  • Higher cost, It's pricing starts from $100 per month.
