We've been using it since we launched, and it's been a great tool for us to manage all of our social media accounts in one place. We use this software daily as per our requirements. The pros are that it's easy to use and intuitive, so even people who don't have much experience with social media marketing can use it effectively. It also integrates with other services we use, like Google Analytics and MailChimp, which makes the whole process easier and more effective. The cons are that it can be slow sometimes—the interface isn't always responsive—and we find that some of the features don't work as well as we'd like them to (like scheduled posts).

Pros

Simple dashboard. Unlike other social media management software we’ve tried, Sprout Social has a straightforward dashboard that displays everything marketers needs within a single click.

Scheduled content publishing feature. The scheduled content feature is heaven-sent for busy marketers who do not have to set their alarms to publish content on a specific time of the day on certain days. The best thing is I can schedule the content for the upcoming posts. The software enables me to monitor posts on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn. The visual reports are excellent and offer good graphics and optimal data tables. 

CONS

The software is a bit expensive for a company with many workers since it offers costly programs per user. If I want to have more functions, obviously the cost increases. Further, the software should have consistent interaction metrics for all social platforms to be ideal and covers all in a single report. I wish I don’t have to verify every time I work for Instagram through the software. The notes feature should be readable/deletable/editable and tied to an individual account and should not create a mess on the calendar when multiple users are using the notes.

Pro’s

·        It offers advice on who to follow, based on your tweets and niche, much more than say the regular twitter or FB suggestions. It also offers advice on unfollow, it has good form in identifying bot accounts.

·        You can tag account users in certain tasks and assign jobs to ensure everyone is on the same page and aware of their roles

·        It looks better than other software but it also matches the substance. It’s fancy and functional

Con’s

·        The analysis function lacks the depth and precise data that other software has.

·        It doesn’t offer as many 3rd party integrations.

Overall

It is a great and simple enough system to use. With some more development along the lines, hopefully, it can address some of the weaker areas to come more in line with other software.

You don't have to separately log in to each of the Instagram, facebook, twitter accounts to reply to your followers. Everything goes on one single website. Sprout social has a feature that helps you monitor hashtags and keywords. You can examine the share of the amount of those particular keywords your business has. Members of your company can create notes about various clients and their social media profiles based on your history and get in touch with them.

I have used a variety of social media management software for my company - Spire Digital. By far, my favorite solution is Sprout Social. I love using the tool for it's reporting function. I also like Sprout Social, as it's less costly.

For example, knowing which hashtag works is difficult without analytics tools. Sprout Social shows what the most used hashtags you used are and what the most engaged hashtags are. You can see the gap of your hashtag strategy and easily put it into practice. I find this feature very handy.

I highly recommend Sprout Social - a platform I've utilized for close to 5 years now. I've tried several different services across the board at 1o8 and Sprout consistently wins from an insight, reporting, scheduling, and listening perspective.  It's easy to learn, intuitive built, flexibility to add new channels, and good support overall. I wish there was a way to schedule directly and automatically for Instagram but understand that is not up to Sprout.
