Review Summary

I generally enjoy using SurveyMonkey and think it's a powerful tool. However, when I made an error and spent $900 on a crosstabs function, the staff refused to credit me any refund (even partial). Thus, I'm left with a terrible sense of their product, their customer service, and their business model. I can't even cancel my subscription in protest. The only recourse I have is to not renew. The market could use a better product with better customer service and more lenient terms.
