Ispirer Toolkit is a solution for automated application migration and database modernization.  It is especially efficient for migrating a huge volume of code while preserving the original architecture of a source application and converting complex business logic. Automation allows reducing costs and time required for migration significantly. Another salient feature of the Ispirer Toolkit is customization. Thanks to it, we are able to configure the tool, according to a client’s specific migration requirements, which is especially beneficial for migrating a  huge system in a short period of time.
What was the objective behind coming up with this software?
The main objective behind the idea of creating Ispirer Toolkit was in simplifying the process of SQL migration between technologies. Initially, we wanted to make a comprehensive tool that would automate this process and thus make it easier than manual migration.
How is your software beneficial from a value addition perspective to the clients compared to other software alternatives available in the market?
  1. The product has no boundaries in terms of source and target technologies. We can easily adapt it to any database or a new programming language.
     
  2. Compared to manual services, Ispirer Toolkit eliminates the number of errors due to automation.
     
  3. Large code volumes are not an issue for our tool. As a matter of fact, the larger the source system, the greater cost and time savings for a migration project.
     
  4. Another of our advantages is security. We work according to two schemes: we carry out migration on our side or provide a tool to a client for carrying out migration on their own. In the second case, the complete security of the client code is ensured.
     
  5. In comparison with free tools, we win thanks to our support service, which can help at any time to customize the tool according to a client's requirements.
What industries do you generally cater to? Which industries in general are highly benefiting by using your software?
We work with companies from all spheres without exceptions. The majority of our clients come from the financial sector, manufacturing, healthcare, education, and government. We also collaborate with IT service companies looking to speed up the conversion process.
What are the key features of your software that makes it stand apart from your competitor products in the market?
The main advantage of our product is its versatility. As a rule, our competitors specialize in one or several technologies. In comparison to them, our software supports more than 30  legacy and modern databases and more than 15 programming languages. In addition, an undoubted advantage over free solutions is our comprehensive client support.
What is the customer satisfaction rate according to you? What steps do you take to cater to your customer’s needs and requirements?
We adhere to a client-centered approach - all issues are addressed individually with each client. Actually, we assign a business manager to each client who is responsible for quick communication and responding to all incoming requests. Our Net Promoter Score last year was close to 90%.
Are your customers repetitive? If yes, what is the percentage of repeat customers that you have?
Yes, most clients with large migration projects come back to us. There is a 15-20% share of repeat sales and every year the number of repeat clients grows.
Does your software product provide any resource or knowledge section for its users? If yes, what kind of material is provided to your users to help them get acquainted with your product?
Yes, we have several resources for our users, which contain documentation on our products and information on frequently encountered migration difficulties. In addition, we keep a blog on our website, which highlights general issues of the transition to new technologies. Our YouTube channel also offers our clients a chance to watch how our solutions operate in a  particular migration direction.
What kind of support system do you offer to your clients for catering to their queries and issues?
Every client is assigned a seasoned account manager who is responsible for resolving all the technical issues and customizing Ispirer Toolkit if need be.
What has been the revenue for your product for 2022?
The company's annual revenue was up to $10 million for 2022.
Where do you see your product in the next 10 years?
Due to the fact that the market is changing rapidly, the process of improving our product is endless, as it is necessary to comply with modern trends. Our focus is on improving the speed of migration, and the means for pre-migration assessment in order to make the migration process as predictable as possible.

In addition, we plan to create an opportunity for clients to independently train Ispirer Toolkit to suit their needs in order to increase the conversion rate.
