At GetGenie, we have used several Applicant Tracking Software tools over the years to streamline our hiring processes, but currently, we are using JazzHR. Some of the pros of JazzHR are that it is user-friendly and easy to use. It has various features for simplifying the recruiting process along with good customer support. Some of the cons of JazzHR include limited customization options for the dashboard and reports.

JazzHR saved our tons of valuable time in posting job offers

We US Scrap Yard use JazzHR. The current ATS software that we ended up using in our company is JazzHR. We use it occasionally whenever I am looking to hire new candidates. And since we do not use it daily, I was looking for something that is affordable yet at the same time efficient in what it offers. With JazzHR we can create a career page and it allows us to automatically post our job offers on multiple job boards. It also features different recruiting stages that we can customize to fit our needs and allows us to create an offer letter for an e-signature from the successful candidate. It practically took over my recruiting tasks with little interference from my part allowing me to concentrate on other tasks.

What do you like the most about JazzHR?

It doesn't limit the number of users and is very affordable.

It starts with 39$ per month and allow you to have 3 open jobs. It is perfect for a small company.

It has a free trial, making it easy to try it when one is looking for an ATS software.

It has a feature that allows you to automate emails to notify candidates if there application has moved to the next stage.

What do you like the least about JazzHR?

It takes a little time to get used to its UI design, but once you'd get the hang of it, it would take loads off of the HR's shoulders.

It has no mobile application that would be helpful for a recruiter to use on the go.
