And since we do not use it daily, I was looking for something that is affordable yet at the same time efficient in what it offers. With JazzHR we can create a career page and it allows us to automatically post our job offers on multiple job boards. It also features different recruiting stages that we can customize to fit our needs and allows us to create an offer letter for an e-signature from the successful candidate. It practically took over my recruiting tasks with little interference from my part allowing me to concentrate on other tasks.

It takes a little time to get used to its UI design, but once you'd get the hang of it, it would take loads off of the HR's shoulders.
