Ledger File Lab

Ledger File Lab is a free browser-based converter for QuickBooks Web Connect (.qbo) files. Instead of importing bank transactions into accounting software, accountants and small-business owners can open a .qbo file, preview up to 50 transactions, and export a clean spreadsheet in Excel (.xlsx) or CSV format. Amounts and dates are preserved exactly, and CSV output is UTF-8 so it opens cleanly in Excel, Google Sheets, or Numbers. Every step runs locally inside the browser: the file never leaves the device, nothing is uploaded to a server, and no account is required.

It is built for bookkeepers who need transaction data in a spreadsheet for reconciliation, cleanup, or analysis.
