LenderKit provides investment and crowdfunding software solutions for investment firms, helping them automate operations, onboard more clients, and close more private capital deals online. As the CEO of LenderKit, my responsibility is to ensure the vision and mission of the company are achieved. This includes setting the tone for all business decisions, strategic planning, and keeping our stakeholders informed of our progress. Furthermore, I am responsible for developing and carrying out the company's long-term growth strategy. Additionally, I oversee the recruitment and development of our team to ensure we have the resources and knowledge to meet our clients' needs. Ultimately, I strive to create a well-rounded business to provide the best products and services available in our industry.

What was the objective behind coming up with this software?

We saw a gap in the market where online investment businesses were only choosing between off-the-shelf solutions or building a platform from scratch. We decided to combine the best of the two worlds and create LenderKit, a white-label investment software solution with on-demand development to help clients build truly unique products.

How is your software beneficial from a value addition perspective to the clients compared to other software alternatives available in the market?

Our competitors focus on a very specific use case or niche while LenderKit strives to be an international software solution. We have seen more market unity in recent years, so LenderKit has become the go-to option for clients that want to start small and then expand beyond the local markets. Having an all-in-one investment platform allows clients to run business operations seamlessly and operate in new markets successfully.

What industries do you generally cater to? Which industries in general are highly benefiting by using your software?

Our clients raise money for different real estate, startup and SME projects often with the focus on green energy, education and Web3. ESG financing has become a popular addition to any business model, so many firms are trying to integrate these principles.

What are the key features of your software that makes it stand apart from your competitor products in the market?

LenderKit aims to excel at both technology and service. On the one hand, our all-in-one white-label crowdfunding software offers support of the major investment flows, regulatory compliance modules, payment systems, identity verification and many other features that allow clients to run fundraising activities of any scale and work with any investor profiles. On the other hand, LenderKit is a service company, so customers can always expect any software modifications to help them truly stand out on the market and outperform competitors.

What is the customer satisfaction rate according to you? What steps do you take to cater to your customer’s needs and requirements?

While there are definitely areas where we could improve, most of our clients speak very well of our customer service, business understanding and deliverables. Our ultimate goal is to hit 5 stars out of 5 and excel at customer satisfaction.

Are your customers repetitive? If yes, what is the percentage of repeat customers that you have?

Our clients are long-term. Investment industry is always changing and businesses need to adapt to stay relevant and competitive. While we do offer software for pioneers and those looking to test ideas, another segment of our clientele has an established operational business which needs seamless integration with the software and long-term maintenance.

Does your software product provide any resource or knowledge section for its users? If yes, what kind of material is provided to your users to help them get acquainted with your product?

LenderKit investment software is relatively easy to pick up. However, we do offer an extensive video tutorial database, documentation and online support during the business hours.

What kind of support system do you offer to your clients for catering to their queries and issues?

Most of our clients learn how to use the software during the demo sessions, and we also provide videos and written guidelines. Our managers are always happy to answer any questions or respond to the customer requests.

What has been the revenue for your product for 2022?

Our company has seen a steady increase of 15% in 2022 compared to 2021. This is a great result, especially, taking into consideration many external factors and challenges that LenderKit has overcome or adapted to successfully. Sustainable growth is what tells us that we are on the right track.

Where do you see your product in the next 10 years?

LenderKit goals align with the primary principles of the 2030 vision and beyond that leading countries and alliances have set to achieve. As an investment software provider, we see ourselves strongly positioned within the alternative finance market and want to help as many businesses as possible to get started and expand in the fintech sector. Alternative investing and crowdfunding in particular are becoming an integral part of the economy, and we believe that our company will grow and transform to provide better products for our customers and help them achieve their goals.
