Lydoh

Lydoh is an AI front desk for independent practices. It answers calls 24/7 on a dedicated number, answers questions only from the content the practice approves, and captures appointment and prescription refill requests for staff to confirm. Callers who reach a busy line get a text back; patients get appointment reminders and can text the office. After hours, a caller with an urgent need is routed to the provider on call, with every attempt logged in the dashboard. Lydoh never diagnoses or gives medical advice and sends emergencies to 911 (or the nearest animal hospital for veterinary clinics).

It collects a minimum of patient information, and a Business Associate Agreement is available for eligible practices. Plans start at $49 a month, with a 14-day free trial and no contract.
