OEMs use Makula to structure and scale after-sales service, manage their installed base, and grow recurring service revenue. Factories and asset-intensive businesses use Makula to manage maintenance, standardise workflows, and improve operational reliability.
Makula offers three core products: Field Service for after-sales and service operations, CMMS for internal maintenance and asset management, and AI Search for finding answers across manuals, service reports, and technical documents.
Optional add-ons, including AI Copilot, AI Notetaker, and a customer portal, extend Field Service and CMMS where deeper automation, guidance, or customer interaction is needed. Products can be used independently or combined, allowing teams to modernise at their own pace.
