Mass Texting Software is a business SMS marketing app that allows businesses to send marketing texts and alerts. The software can be used to send text blasts, automated texts, two-texts, text drip campaigns and more. 

I am one of the co-founders of Mass Texting Service. I had founded the company with my    brother. He is a software developer and I am a web designer and digital marketer. Our skills complement each other very well. I’m able to provide the designs, support, and marketing while he focuses on development. 

We think a lot of businesses are underutilizing text and focusing too much on email marketing. 41% of customers prefer to receive texts from brands while only 22% prefer receiving emails. Texts also have an average open rate of 98% compared to 20% for emails. Using text marketing is a no-brainer for businesses to more easily communicate with their audiences. Our goal with creating Mass Texting Service was to make it as easy as possible for businesses to engage in text marketing.

There are a few text marketing software providers on the market. We really shine above our competition when it comes to price. We offer all of the same bells and whistles as our competitors with some of the lowest subscription pricing on the web. This makes our software very affordable for small and medium-sized businesses.

There really is no limitation to the industries that could benefit from text marketing. E-commerce brands benefit greatly from sending out promotional texts for sales. Service based businesses can use text marketing to nurture leads and convert them into customers. Even churches and nonprofits can use text marketing to drive member engagement and donations. Again, we are a very budget-friendly option, so the businesses that tend to benefit most from our software are smaller businesses, non-profits, and churches, because they can get access to text marketing without breaking the bank.

Our app offers integrations with over 5,000 other apps, which is something not all of our competitors offer. The design is very intuitive and easy to use and the price is hard to beat for the value you’re receiving. 

Right now our customer satisfaction rate stands at 91%. We take pride in offering exceptional service for customers. We have a dedicated support email customers use to interact with us. We answer every email in under 24 hours and we take every feature request into consideration. 

Our customers are monthly subscribers. Right now 100% of our customers are repeat subscribers. 

We have a YouTube channel with instructional videos that we’re continuing to add videos to. We’re also working on getting a knowledge base up on the site. That should be complete this year. 

There’s a support button in the app that users can use to send us emails. We respond to every email within 24 hours and it’s usually less. Our average response time is 30 minutes. 

Mass Texting Software is a newer app. 2022 was our first year of operation. Our revenue was $10,000 for the year, but we’re continuing to grow and we’re looking forward to delighting all of the new customers that give us a try.

In the next 10 years we’d like to expand to handle more communication mediums outside of just text. We’d like to be the central hub for dispersing brand communication. Our hope is to expand Mass Texting Software to include support for email marketing, telemarketing, and direct mail marketing.
