Review Summary

We Systemagic have been using Microsoft 365 for a long. This has been extremely helpful during the pandemic. Those businesses already using Microsoft 365 found the transition to working through lockdowns far more accessible than those who had to make the switch after everyone was already stuck at home. The primary benefit of Microsoft 365 is that it provides almost all the applications, functionality, and collaboration that businesses need in a simple per-user monthly subscription. When used with SharePoint (which is also part of the package) to share company data, it replaces the old servers that businesses needed to run. It allows users to access, edit and share data from anywhere.

We Awesome Stuff 365 have always been pleased with Microsoft 365. The main advantage is that it includes practically everything I would ever need, and all the different apps work together perfectly, which is excellent for when I want to have the same content in various formats. I also find that it is very easy to use and intuitive for the most part, and I'm not surprised that it has established itself as the standard for most people.

Review Summary

We Spylix use Microsoft 365. It allows staff to access emails and documents remotely. With the help of it, employees can collaborate from any location. It facilitates sharing, co-authoring & updating files from diverse locations simultaneously. This is great for businesses that want to let their employees work from home. It is on an internet Cloud-based system, so if a user doesn’t have proper internet or experiences frequent downtime, they may struggle. The other biggest drawback is its compatibility with the old devices. The new devices in software can easily support it, but the older ones face many problems.

We Sporting Smiles as a company was delighted to see that Microsoft 365 offers a single license fee of a once-off payment. This provides overall shelter to our various departments, some of which only needed access to a few programs in the past. It is a much more affordable option and gives us complete unity for collaboration on various projects and campaigns, at home or back at the office.

Review Summary

We Web Agents have been using Microsoft 365 for a long. It is relatively user-friendly. The only issue we have had is trying to set up email accounts, especially if one user has multiple email addresses. It has excellent features and is a high-quality office product. All your word processing, spreadsheet, presentation, and email software needs are met by this product. There is nothing better on the market. We've never had to contact Customer Support for one-on-one advice. Any issues have been able to be resolved by their online help articles. This is a testament to the quality of their product and their proactive online support. There is a lot of support for Microsoft 365 to integrate with other platforms.

Review Summary

We USScrapYard use Microsoft 365. It's simple to use and has all the options you'd want. Files and programs linked to my Office job are conveniently organized in one place. Since starting my employment in 2018, I've been using it. To use it, you don't have to be an expert to grasp it to use it. Microsoft 365 has been my first choice if I need to create a word document but also need to work on an Excel sheet. It was installed on my phone as well. It's all good except that I can't publish depending on a few features on my phone, and those features need a computer to run.

Review Summary

We Choice Mutual have been using Microsoft 365 for years – before starting my business–because most people and businesses have used it in their professional lives. Those updated features are great, but sometimes a company can temporarily suffer as their employees get used to those changes. However, using Microsoft 365 means knowing which apps and services are most essential to you because, half the time, most aren't fully utilized or necessary. However, it can also impede your business’ productivity. For example, if you want to schedule a meeting reminder, Outlook makes it quick and easy. You can also be mindful of your budget when selecting your plan and upgrading as needed. 5This saves you money when you’re just starting your business and don’t need certain apps and services.

Review Summary

We Rainwalk Pet Insurance have been using Microsoft 365. In the context of a workplace, is that almost everyone has a basic level of competency with the software it offers. While I still find programs like Word and Excel somewhat unintuitive, their essential functions are easy to access and use. However, any deeper functionality tends not to be very user-friendly. I’ve also had less than stellar experiences with their customer support (unresponsive and unhelpful).

Review Summary

My company EasySearchPeople has been using Microsoft 365 for four years. As a company with 90% remote workers, one of the advantages of Microsoft 365 is that it allows remote employees access to their emails and documents. One of the downsides to Microsoft 365 is its internet reliability. As a cloud-based system, Microsoft 365 doesn’t function without an internet connection on mobile devices. With most employees working remotely and mainly from their mobile devices, any form of internet downtime affects the functioning of Microsoft 365.
