What Users Like The Most
- Moving on to a new platform is always a challenge, specially for human intensive businesses like us. The mere thought of having to onboard 50+ drivers and 20+ office staff was quite a nightmare. The onboarding experience with Mile Suite was however far too seamless than I had originally envisioned. The ease of use is fantastic, and their support staff have been helpful. They even customized a few modules as per my needs.

What Users Like The Least

- A webhook testing tool inside the dashboard would be amazing
- A pay-as-you-go model for micro businesses or seasonal operations would make Mile Suite truly unbeatable.
