What Users Like The Most

Moving on to a new platform is always a challenge, specially for human intensive businesses like us. The mere thought of having to onboard 50+ drivers and 20+ office staff was quite a nightmare. The onboarding experience with Mile Suite was however far too seamless than I had originally envisioned. The ease of use is fantastic, and their support staff have been helpful. They even customized a few modules as per my needs.

Seamless API Integration for Custom Logistics Flows

One of the biggest wins for us using Mile Suite has been how well it integrates with our internal systems. We have our own CRM and inventory management tools, and thanks to their clean, well-documented API, our dev team had no trouble connecting everything. Orders now sync automatically, and delivery statuses are pushed to our dashboard in real time. This has helped us reduce manual entry, avoid errors, and improve team coordination.

Great Value for Startups and SMEs

Easy to use and customized to my needs. Managing trips has become easy with Mile Suite

Being in the transportation sector, managing bookings, maintaining trip logs, cancellations and refunds consume a good amount of time for our staff. Mile Suite booking and dispatch management modules turned out to be quite handy. The demand forecasting is also interesting, although we are yet to use it to its full potential.
