Client funds live in IOLTA trust ledgers that can never go negative, with an audit trail that can't be edited and three-way reconciliation against the bank statement every month. Earned fees transfer from trust straight onto the invoice. For insurers and corporate clients that require electronic billing, invoices export as LEDES 1998B without rekeying.
