About My Job Goblin
Built for one person, not a small team. My Job Goblin covers quoting, deposits, scheduling, invoicing and late-payment chasing for self-employed electricians, plumbers, handymen and gas engineers in the UK.
UK compliance is built in rather than bolted on: CIS deductions, the VAT domestic reverse charge, Making Tax Digital record keeping, and gas safety records and minor works certificates recorded against the property address.
It also works out what your time actually earned: quote-win rate, margin per job, revenue per working day, and how long you really wait to get paid. Each figure stays blank until there is enough history behind it.
What it deliberately does not do: no dispatch board, no shared diary, no engineer tracking, and it is not an accounting ledger. If you have engineers to dispatch, a fuller field service platform will suit you better.
Free tier available. Pro is £29 a month or £290 a year, with no per-seat fees and a 14 day trial.
