Newfies-Dialer is a predictive and auto-dialer designed for call centers and telecoms companies that want to provide branded services to their customers. Newfies-Dialer is Multi-Tenant, has billing, uses your own VoIP telco and can be white-labelled. There is no minimum contract duration. Auto-dialers and Predictive Dialers increase agent productivity by reducing time spent dialling and waiting for the call to connect.
