What do you like the most about PDFLiner?

It had a simple, intuitive interface that made it easy to quickly upload, edit and convert documents in just a few clicks. The wide range of features also impressed me - I could easily add comments or highlight text, sign documents, and even create fillable forms or choose them from a pdf library.

What do you like the least about PDFLiner?

I would say I didn't like that PDFLiner had limited editing capabilities yet. The software only allowed basic formatting changes, such as font size and color or adding images and signatures, but did not support more advanced features like OCR or CRM integrations.

I've finally found an editor with a form database, handy tool!

Taxes can be fun, but only if all the tools you have are perfect. PDFLiner is now the mainstay of my tax filing toolkit. This allows me to find all the popular forms in the integrated library. This saves a lot of time downloading and deploying forms. It also lets me access my marketing or sales projects from desktop, laptop, and tablet to keep working anywhere I go without issues.

editor consists of a vast forms library for any life occasion

editor is stable and powerful, it can take a project with over 1300 PDF pages without problems

What do you like the least about PDFLiner?

editor lacks integrations (there's no integration with the IRS, CMRs, or even OneDrive) that make the work a little longer than it might be

"My main favorite thing in pdfliner is the already-made forms that I can fill and send to IRS. Moreover, I will not miss any field, since there is an automatic pointer that highlights the section I need to fill. I am grateful for this program. I don’t have to search and keep all the forms I need during the tax period. I believe they upload dozens of forms almost every day. Once the IRS publishes a new form for taxpayers, pdfliner has it. I was impressed by all the options in the library. They have not only tax forms, by the way. I even found the form for my international shipment there, which is nuts! It helps me to solve my problems with official documents I have to file. I dislike only the fact that I can’t simply press Send and connect to IRS directly. I still need to save the form and download it to the website. "

PDFLiner allowed me to go paperless and reduce the expenses

Being a manager in a vehicle company involves so much paperwork, you may start hating your job if you don’t find a way to make it simpler. Fortunately, PDFLiner allowed me to go paperless and reduce the expenses for company software, as a single yearly license is very affordable and allows up to 5 users per one account (and also reduce printers, faxes, etc which made us spend our money on paper routine). From pros, it's cheap, convenient, and online. From cons, some functionality is still unavailable (as an example, we reduce pdf sizes, as we work with documents that weigh a lot, and it would be good to reduce them by working with one product, rather than connecting additional software for small tasks).
