Designed by whole school communities to improve wellbeing outcomes for their students. The posimente software application (App) is designed in collaboration with whole school communities to support, manage and improve the wellbeing of their unique students. Posimente is aligned to best practice methods and models in three key principles of; early intervention, prevention and positive promotion of mental health and wellbeing of whole school communities. Posimente is committed to ongoing research and evaluation from the schools we support and collaborate with, to ensure that we’re providing the best wellbeing outcomes for Australian whole school communities.
